Over the past two years, we have all experienced unprecedented turmoil stemming from social and economic disparities, which were exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. These issues, combined with the televised murders of innocent African American men and women, have resulted in a collective reckoning of systematic racism and the need for change.
